EXECUTIVE LEADERSHIP


Bryan D. Hoffman

Founder, CEO


Founder, CEO Bryan Hoffman has more than 30 years of experience in the utility infrastructure service sector. Before founding kV Power in 2012, and kVP Energy Services in 2022, Hoffman served as President and Co-Owner of Sun Electric Services, Inc., where he played a key role in the expansion and development of the company’s utility infrastructure construction and service sector. Hoffman navigated the acquisitions of Sun Electric, Tessco, and Air2, becoming the CEO of PowerLine Services. He was instrumental in the strategic growth of PLS. Hoffman is a United States Air Force veteran and served in varying leadership capacities across the globe as a Tactical Aircraft Maintenance Specialist as part of the Bravo Squadron in Operation Desert Storm, The 1681 Tactical Airlift Group in Desert Storm, and Operation Just Cause.


Adam Hurley

Chief Financial Officer


Adam Hurley joined kVP Energy Services in May 2023 to serve as Chief Financial Officer. Prior to kVP Energy Services, Mr. Hurley was Chief Financial Officer at multiple high-growth companies, most recently serving as the Chief Financial Officer at Utility Global based in Houston, TX. Mr. Hurley has deep knowledge of service-focused businesses and served in multiple executive roles at Basic Energy Services (NYSE:BAS), including as Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Hurley has led multiple M&A transactions and financings as a Chief Financial Officer. Prior to his time as a corporate executive, he was an investment banker at both Goldman Sachs and Intrepid Financial Partners. Prior to that, Mr. Hurley served as an infantry and Special Forces officer in the U.S. Army.

Adam Hurley received a B.S. from the United States Military Academy at West Point and an MBA from Duke University.


Cory Haynes

Chief Commercialization Officer


Haynes brings more than 20 years’ worth of electrical industry experience including extensive EPC project experience. During his career as an IBEW Lineman, he held the roles of apprentice, journeyman, foreman, general foreman, superintendent, vice president of operations, and vice president of construction.

Cory’s substantial T&D experience runs across a broad spectrum of voltages up to and including 500kV, with hundreds of miles of new line and re- conductor work, thousands of wood poles, steel poles, lattice towers, extensive helicopter work experience in some of the country’s toughest terrain, including conducting extensive safety training and overcoming substantial environmental hurdles. Haynes is responsible for overseeing multiple companies developing long term strategies for growth and success while establishing company goals. During his various management roles, Cory developed highly qualified production teams with a strong focus on safety, quality, and compliance while completing jobs under budget and on schedule. His innovative approach has led his teams to success on the most challenging projects while developing and mentoring his team’s skills for long-term success.


April Rosas

Chief Information Officer


April Rosas began her career in the electrical industry in 2007, with Sun Electric Services, later transitioning into Powerline Services. Now celebrating more than 10 years as the CIO of kV Power in 2022, Rosas brings over 32 years of experience and excellent leadership to kVP Energy. April is well versed in complete turnkey office management including accounts payable, payroll, human resources, benefits, bid contracts/MSAs, and fleet departments. April has an outstanding knowledge of business operations including various IT systems, training, strategic developments, and designing. She is highly organized and excellent with time management, problem-solving, and communication.


Jamie Price

Chief of Staff


Ms. Price was named KVP Energy Services, Chief of Staff in 2022. Ms. Price first stepped into the Electrical Industry with Sun Electric Services in 2009. Assisting executive leadership through acquisitions, of TESSCO and Air2 to form Powerline Services, Ms. Price proceeded to embark on her diversified career path serving as Project Estimator Assistant to the Utilities Sector, Financial Analyst to the Energy Division, and Technical and Field support to twelve division office locations. Prior to joining KVP companies in 2021, Ms. Price served as Human Resource, Payroll & Benefits Analyst of Patterson-UTI Energy, LLC as well as Director of Human Resources of Phillips Petroleum Southwest 66CU. Jamie Price received her B.S. from Angelo State University.


Brian Scarborough

Vice President of Business Development


Brian has over 36 years in the electrical business. His diverse electrical background includes business development, marketing, procurement, operational management, project management, and craft field assignments. As vice president of business development for kVP Energy Services, Brian is fully committed to handling business development, marketing, key account management, developing and implementing strategic and tactical growth initiatives, identifying, and forecasting potential client requirements, as well as contract negotiations. His formal education includes a Bachelor of Arts degree from Texas State University as well as industry-specific professional and technical training programs.


Arthur Zhang

Vice President of Corporate Development


Arthur Zhang joined kVP Energy Services in June 2023 as Vice President of Corporate Development where he is primarily responsible for financial forecasting, M&A and capital raising efforts for the Company. Prior to joining kVP Energy Services, Mr. Zhang served in similar capacities at a high-growth private-equity backed company and at Enable Midstream Partners (NYSE: ENBL), a publicly traded master limited partnership that owned and operated energy infrastructure assets across the United States. At Enable, Mr. Zhang was part of the team that sold the partnership to Energy Transfer Partners for $7.2 billion which closed on December 2021. Prior to Enable, Mr. Zhang spent over 10 years as an energy investment banker at both Evercore and J.P. Morgan.

Arthur Zhang received his B.A. from Rice University.
