This accredited, four-year educational curriculum provides the related instruction component of apprenticeship and 8,000 hours of documented on-the-job training. Competency Assurance
Upon hire, every employee participates in our competency assurance process, which has three key components: experience, level of knowledge, and capability to perform job title requirements. At kVP Energy Services, our view of competency assurance involves continuously assessing training and development needs within each person’s responsibilities, abilities, and critical activities. Employees are continually evaluated on performance, behaviors, and personal development; training is identified accordingly in a training matrix.
